Come and join us for our annual celebration of the gift of Northcliffe to the people of Shipley. Donations of cakes and buns and help on the day would be greatly appreciated.
The Big Lunch 2023

Come and join us as part of this national event. Our café will also be open for drinks and treats.
Easter Bunny 2019
Saturday 20th April – 12:30-15:00

Bring a picnic and meet the Easter Bunny in the top field past the miniature railway. The Easter Bunny will be bouncing around meeting the children, and the miniature railway will be open all afternoon for rides – you might even get to ride the same train as Easter Bunny! Other attractions to be confirmed are decorate your own egg competition, face painting and sweet tombola.
Donations of cakes and buns for the café and help on the day would be really appreciated.

Winter Running Day – October
We normally stop running the railway at Northcliff at the end of September to allow for maintenance over the winter period but we will be running for the public from 2pm on Sunday 13th October.
The site will be open from 11:00 for members to test or run their locos.
Additional running days will be notified depending on how the GL track relaying is going.

Unfortunatly due to the COVID restrictions we aren’t able to take passengers on the trains at the moment and our club activities are very limited. The health and safety of our visitors and members is very important to us and until the situation improves and we have the chance to put measures in place this will remain the case.
Our Future Events section here on the website is updated regularly with the latest developments but initially these will be for members only while we decide how things can work.
