York SME Visit 2012

We received an invitation to visit the York Society of Model Engineers track on 18th November.
What a great day out for many of our members. I think the comment below sums it up very well.

Thanks to all persons who organised the trip to York MES it was a day when BMES shone brighly with some of our members fine models running on the raised and ground level tracks,it made us proud to be their as members of BMES.The York members made us feel most welcome and enjoyed us being their to share our common interests, oh! and the catering was good too so good my friend John kept going back for more!
